Letter from our founders

Dear Investors,

We founded Oran Capital based upon the necessity of wanting more out of life. Learning from our best clients successes and our own, we discovered that the best way to grow our clients net worth was not through brokerage, but to be the best managers and organizers of syndicated multi-family acquisitions.

We only invest in assets we would purchase ourselves and we aim to be the largest investors in each transaction. We also give our employees opportunities to invest their own money into each asset. With everyone at Oran Capital having a vested interest, we all have the same goal in mind, which is creating the highest risk adjusted returns.

Our mission is to build sustainable, generational wealth for our investors and our people while providing tenants with superb living.

About John

John is the principal and co-founder of Oran Capital where he oversees investment opportunities, investor relations, debt structure and company operations. He has over 10 years of experience in brokerage, investing, lending and property management.

John began his real estate career at Seven Gables Real Estate and has transacted over 100 sales as well as extensive leasing and lending with strategic partners. By putting his clients first he has consistently been a top performer within his brokerage while expanding his personal real estate portfolio. By growing his net worth extensively through real estate acquisition and disposition in strategic out of state areas he decided to cofound a company in which he believes in.

John is an avid competitor whether it be golf, soccer or horseshoes. He enjoys traveling with his wife and reading. His favorite movie is Primer.

About Brendon

Brendon is the principal and co-founder of Oran Capital where he oversees investment analysis, acquisition/disposition, finance and long term growth of the company. He has over 10 years of experience in brokerage, real estate investing and asset management. 

Upon graduating from Colorado University, Brendon started a successful brokerage career at Marcus and Millichap and closed over $100 million in multi-family transactions across multiple states, but mainly throughout Orange County and Inland Empire. By studying his top clients successes he turned his expertise into personal investments. Brendon believes the best investment is multi-family real estate and wanted to form a company around it.

Brendon enjoys ping pong, basketball and snowboarding. Him and his wife love to create memories through travel and delicious food.
