Brendon is the principal and co-founder of Oran Capital where he oversees investment analysis, acquisition/disposition, finance and long term growth of the company. He has over 10 years of experience in brokerage, real estate investing and asset management.
John is the principal and co-founder of Oran Capital where he oversees investment opportunities, investor relations, debt structure and company operations. He has over 10 years of experience in brokerage, investing, lending and property management.
Eric is the director of operations where he oversees all aspects of property management, asset management and construction management within Oran Capital. He has over 10 years of experience creating and implementing business plans at a property and company level.
Tucker is responsible for overseeing the accounting department.
Marianna is responsible for overseeing property management for Oran Capital and 3rd party owners. She is also responsible for communication with tenants, assisting in rehabilitation and construction of assets.
Peter is responsible for assisting in property management which includes, lead to lease process, tenant relations, work orders, inspections and file. Peter also assists in asset management which includes, project management, invoice review, loan draw process, bid review and reporting.
Nelson is responsible for ensuring the optimal maintenance and upkeep of our apartment communities. His responsibilities include, property maintenance, vendor and contractor management, safety and compliance, reporting and emergency response.
Christine is responsible for bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, cash management, budgets, reconciliations, audits, payroll and employee onboarding.
